Your first session begins with a conversation to understand your health history, lifestyle, and goals.
From there, we create a personalized plan that may include nutrition guidance, lifestyle strategies, and movement recommendations to support your body as a whole. The focus is on building sustainable habits — not quick fixes — so you can see lasting results.
As you progress, your plan evolves with you to support continued improvements in energy, strength, and overall wellbeing.

Registered Holistic Nutritionist & Personal Trainer
As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, I take a whole-body approach to health, looking beyond symptoms to identify and address the root cause of imbalances.
My work focuses on the connection between nutrition, hormones, and movement, recognizing that how we fuel and use our bodies daily plays a key role in overall wellness. I support women who feel like they are doing “all the right things” but still struggle with low energy, stubborn weight, cravings, and hormonal imbalances.
Many of the women I work with are navigating perimenopause or midlife changes and are looking for a more personalized, sustainable approach to their health. A core part of my work is helping women reconnect with their bodies through functional movement and strength training. I focus on building strength that translates into everyday life, supporting posture, stability, mobility, and confidence in daily activities.
Whether it’s improving core strength, reducing risk of injury, or simply feeling stronger in day-to-day movement, my approach is designed to meet you where you are and build progressively. Through individualized nutrition and movement strategies, I help clients balance blood sugar, reduce inflammation, support digestion, and regulate cortisol to improve energy, mood, and metabolism.
My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools needed to feel strong, capable, and at home in your body again. I look forward to supporting you at Small Town Wellness.
